Hi there!
I’m Lauryn Vierra — wife, mom of two, and lover of all things weddings! My husband, Cedrick, and I live on a little farm in the Central Valley with our two dogs, a cat, and a bunch of chickens who keep things interesting!
I’m a total type B personality, but when it comes to planning and pulling off events, I’m all in. I’ve always loved hosting, organizing, and finding creative ways to make special moments feel effortless and fun.
For the past three years, I’ve been coordinating weddings, and it’s been the most rewarding experience. Every couple and every celebration is unique, and I truly love helping bring each wedding day vision to life. I can’t wait to help make your day as smooth, joyful, and memorable as possible!

What towns/ cities do you serve within the 209?
If your venue is within the 209 area code, I serve that area but here are some specific towns if you are unsure!
Oakdale, Riverbank, Modesto, Turlock, Hughson, Hilmar, Stevenson, Merced, Atwater, Lodi, Manteca, Escalon, Stockton, Ripon, Ceres, Waterford, Gustine, Livingston, Sonora, Jamestown, Angels Camp, Los Banos, Newman, Patterson, Farmington, Tracy and Galt.
Where are you located?
We are located in Oakdale, CA!
How often will we meet with either package?
For month-of we start meeting 4 weeks or 30 days, once a week prior to the wedding day! For day-of, we start meeting 3 weeks, once a week prior to the wedding day!

Do you offer planning services?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer planning services as we are focusing on coordination & Florals for 2026 and 2027!
How long do I have you on my wedding day?
Clients have us for a maximum of 10 hours on their wedding day! These 10 hours only apply to the wedding day and begin as soon as the coordinators arrive at the venue! We do not offer overtime.
How can I view your policies?
Clients interested in booking with me must first participate in a virtual meeting and after will receive their contract and invoice form which detail all our policies and transparent pricing!
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept Zelle and cash! Clients who pay via Zelle or cash will receive $100! Clients who cannot pay via Zelle or cash are welcome to pay through my booking service, Honeybook, but will have to pay an additional tax fee.
